Asker Ventilation is Growing and Looking for Skilled New Employees!

We are looking for someone with experience in balancing airflows, preferably with at least 3 years of work experience. That said, the right personality traits are more important than the number of years of experience.

As we are now hiring new ventilation technicians at Asker Ventilation, we consider the following personality traits essential:

Our Expectations of You:

As an employee, we expect you to be able to perform the work independently from start to finish. You will be responsible for booking customer appointments and carrying out the work thereafter. We expect you to consistently deliver excellent customer service and complete your tasks thoroughly and on time. It is important that all work is well documented. This includes keeping a work log and submitting reports no later than 24 hours after the job is completed. You should have a Class B driver’s license and your own vehicle. Good language skills in Norwegian or Swedish are preferred.

Asker Ventilation AS does not provide company vehicles, but we will reimburse travel expenses related to work commutes. If you have an electric vehicle and choose to display our logo (AVAS) on it, you will receive an additional NOK 15,000 annually. Most importantly, you will enjoy a high degree of freedom with responsibility. You can choose your own work hours and workload at any time (subject to agreements with customers).

Top Notch Ventilation Technician:

To achieve the Top Notch Ventilation Technician (TNV) status and receive annual salary increases, you are expected to meet the following 9 TNV criteria:

1. Have at least 3 years of experience in airflow balancing.

2. Complete all work independently from start to finish.

3. Prioritize customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Keep a work diary.

5. Send a deviation report to the customer via email on the same day the issue is discovered.

6. Follow up and keep your agreements.

7. Submit protocols no later than 24 hours after job completion.

8. Avoid putting yourself and/or Asker Ventilation AS in unfavorable situations.

9. Be profitable—contribute positively to the financial results.
