GOOD COMPETENCE EXCHANGE ACROSS BORDERS

- We also have assignments on board oil platforms," says Ekberg. "The international business is very up and down, but much of the activity within Norway's borders is stable thanks to the fact that we have many large contractors as customers.
Ekberg benefits from his large network of contacts, including from his time at ABB Oslo. But much of the success also comes from the fact that Asker Ventilasjon puts a lot of effort into always doing the best possible job with the best possible quality - at the best possible price.
- "The feedback we get from customers is that we are, if not the best, at least one of the best in air distribution. Customers are confident that we deliver what they need, and that's when word of mouth gets around," says Ekberg with a smile.
- I am well supported by my skilled employees. They are very self-driven, and that allows them to have freedom with responsibility.
IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING FACILITIES
In the field of air conditioning equipment, Asker Ventilasjon has had a partnership with Swedish Klimatbyrån AB since 2008 for deliveries of valves, silencers and dampers. The work often consists of new construction and repairs to existing facilities.
Asker Ventilasjon is positive about the future.
- It looks bright for the market in the Oslofjord area. Especially since ventilation systems are also becoming more technical, including VAV systems (Variable Air Volume). Right now I have enough assignments to employ 14 people," concludes the entrepreneur.
