Start-up of demand-controlled ventilation
Commissioning and function control of automatic controls must be carried out in new ventilation systems with demand-controlled ventilation. An average of 20% of all newly installed automation has some form of deficiency that needs to be addressed. "If you start up a new system where there are faults and deficiencies that are not detected, it will have major consequences, both for the user, but primarily financially, as it will be much more expensive, with troubleshooting and measures, after the system is put into use.
In addition, proportional adjustment of mechanical dampers, outside of electrical dampers (VAV and CAV), must be carried out.
