By servicing your ventilation unit, you will extend its service life considerably!
We recommend annual service on ventilation units
At least once a year, it is important to change the filter, clean the outlet and inlet, lubricate the pipes and check the automation. If you wait too long, for example, the risk of the filter cracking and contaminating the entire unit and duct system is very high. If you have to spend money on remediation, it quickly becomes very expensive.
Our service
At AVAS, we carry out service where we replace filters, clean outlets and inlets, inspect tubular parts and check automation.
Cleaning of valves
We also offer valve cleaning as a bonus when we perform service.
Spot checks on air volumes
During our service, we take random samples of air volumes.
We have a fixed price on apartment units
- (Price includes a maximum of 10 valves. If more, there is a surcharge of 394,- incl. VAT per valve) (If the price of the filter exceeds 1,050,- incl. VAT, the fixed price increases by the excess amount).
- Asker municipality and neighboring municipalities with Asker: NOK 5,505 incl. VAT.
- Oslo and Drammen municipalities: NOK 6,606 incl. VAT.
- Other Viken county: NOK 8,853 incl. VAT.
We have a fixed price on residential units
- (Price includes a maximum of 10 valves. If more, there is a surcharge of 375,- incl. VAT per valve.) (If the price of the filter exceeds 1,000,- incl. VAT, the fixed price increases by the excess amount).
- Asker municipality and neighboring municipalities with Asker: NOK 6,067 incl. VAT.
- Oslo and Drammen municipality: NOK 7,168 incl. VAT.
- Other Viken county: NOK 9,415 incl. VAT.
If you have more than 1 unit, you get a 50% discount from the second unit onwards.
(Example: 2 residential units in Asker 6,067 + (6,067 / 2) = a total of NOK 9,100 incl. VAT). This goes in a cycle from unit 1-6, where unit 7 becomes full price and number 8-13 becomes 50% discount, number 14 full price, etc.
The service includes the following:
- Travel and travel time.
- Filter and filter replacement (If you have a filter, NOK 500 incl. VAT will be deducted from the price).
- Environmental tax.
- Internal cleaning of the unit (Note: Does not include internal cleaning of ducts).
- Cleaning of intake and discharge grates (if there is safe access to them).
- Cleaning of all valves (if there is access to them).
- Airflow measurement of all valves (Normal operation)
- Cleaning of all fresh air inlets (if there is access to them).
- Vacuuming into the fume cupboards (if there is access to them).
- Camera inspection.
- Functional check on the unit (Possible troubleshooting)
- Documentation.
- Administration.
- Offers for any improvements and measures.
