Service on all types of ventilation systems
We carry out service, filter replacement and cleaning of ventilation systems. Our technicians have extensive experience of Systemair, Flexit and Villavent - and of course we also service other brands.
We take assignments in Asker, Oslo, Drammen, Drøbak and neighboring municipalities.
We recommend annual service on ventilation units
At least once a year, it is important to change the filter, clean the outlet and inlet, lubricate the pipes and check the automation. If you wait too long, for example, the risk of the filter cracking and contaminating the entire unit and duct system is very high. If you have to spend money on remediation, it quickly becomes very expensive.
Our service
At AVAS, we carry out service where we replace filters, clean outlets and inlets, inspect tubular parts and check automation.
Cleaning of valves
We also offer valve cleaning as a bonus when we perform service.
Spot checks on air volumes
During our service, we take random samples of air volumes.

What is included in service with us?

(If you have your own filters, NOK 600 incl. VAT is deducted from the price. For systems without filters there is no deduction, as more time is spent cleaning the fan.) - Environmental fee
- Internal cleaning of the unit (does not include duct cleaning)
- Cleaning of intake and exhaust grilles (provided safe access)
- Cleaning of valves (provided access)
- Cleaning of any fresh air intakes (provided access)
- Vacuuming of exhaust connections (provided access)
- Airflow measurement of valves (normal operation)
- Simple camera inspection if needed (without photo documentation)
- Function check of the unit and any troubleshooting

Prices and discounts
Option 1 – Fixed-price service (recommended)
We do not carry out internal duct cleaning. Instead, we recommend a thorough service of the ventilation system approximately every other year. Although manufacturers often recommend changing filters twice a year, our experience is that one filter change per year is normally sufficient.
Prices (incl. VAT):
(Price includes up to 10 valves. Surcharge of NOK 709 incl. VAT per valve beyond this.)
(If the filter price exceeds NOK 1,050 incl. VAT, the fixed price is adjusted accordingly.)

- Asker & Bærum: 11 891,-
- Sarpsborg and surrounding area: 11 891,-
- Oslo, Drøbak, Drammen: 14 270,-
- Other areas (up to approx. 100 km from Hvalstad): 19 123,-
We have a fixed price on residential units
- Asker & Bærum: 13 108,-
- Sarpsborg and surrounding area: 13 108,-
- Oslo, Drøbak, Drammen: 15 484,-
- Other areas (up to approx. 100 km from Hvalstad): 20 336,-
All prices include VAT.
Multiple units: A 50% discount is given from unit no. 2 onwards.
The discount applies in intervals (1–6, 7–13, etc.). Please contact us if this applies to you, and we will calculate the correct price.
Option 2 – Time spent (typically for troubleshooting)
NOTE! Your unit most likely has a 5-year warranty.
Any warranty claims must be reported to the manufacturer.
If you have a specific problem, we can help on an hourly basis:
- Ventilation technician: NOK 1 913,- per hour incl. VAT
- Travel:
- Asker: 300,-
- Neighbouring municipalities of Asker: 400,-
- Oslo: 800,-
- Drammen: 500,-
This includes time on site, travel time from Ravnsborgveien 33 (Hvalstad), as well as time spent finding solutions, dialogue with suppliers and, where relevant, preparing quotes.
Please note that some of this work is done from the office to save time and costs.
Any material costs come in addition.
Warranty and service
Spare parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
At Asker Ventilasjon AS we care about quality and good customer service. Should a fault occur as a result of work we have carried out, we will of course correct it at no extra cost to the customer.
If a component turns out to have a manufacturing defect, the spare part itself is handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Work related to troubleshooting and replacing the component is invoiced based on actual time spent, to the extent this is not covered by the applicable warranty or right of complaint.
Is your ventilation unit less than 5 years old?
Then we recommend that you first contact the manufacturer or supplier to check whether the fault is covered by the warranty or right of complaint. In such cases it may be possible to have both the spare part and the replacement work covered, so that you avoid extra costs.
